Welcome to MEANSTREETS performance, we specialize in modifying and modernizing your older domestic
vehicle to enhance performance for your driving and racing experience. We also restore vehicles to near stock condition ,
and create custom add on parts and accesories. We will also do any fabrication work you may need.
Meanstreets performance started out as a car club in 1987 made up of street racers who were looking
to take the race off the streets and onto the track. Founded by Vince Ortiz , Richard Soliman , with the help of Al Rodriquez
and Scott Christensen. It has now become the name of our fabrication shop and services the local community as well as the
global online network.

As the club grew, skills were developed in the art of race deception , mini tubbing , hidden roll
cages , hidden nitrous systems , hidden RAM air systems , chassis lightening , portable traction material spayers , etc. Thus
fabrication was a natural progression for me. Over the years we have build over a dozen complete vehicles , modifyed many
more in our 10,000 sq ft shop in Oakland California. Smaller custom parts are made to owners specifications , an aspect of
